How do I get to the Help Guides/FAQ?

You are currently reading a Help Guide/FAQ page. You can navigate to the Help Guides by clicking the large gray ? button in the top right corner of the window, or through the popular search option. Under the search box in the top navigation, there is a Popular link. The dropdown from this link will have a Need Help? option with an orange icon next to it. Clicking this option will also take you to the Help Guides.

How do I use the App Team discussion boards?

Use the discussion board on your private App profile to have online discussions with just the developers on your App Team. To post on an App discussion board:

  1. Open your App Profile by clicking the My Apps icon in the top navigation and clicking the app name.
  2. Click on the Board tab in the left navigation.
  3. Enter in your question or comment. You will also be able to see postings made by other team members.

If your App Profile’s visibility is “public,” any registered user can see the profile and the app’s boards. If your App Profile’s visibility is set to “private”, only your App Team and Deere Admin can see the profile and the boards.

How do I create API Support Tickets?

  1. Click on Support in the top navigation or the Support button on the home page of
  2. Complete the support form – identify if your support needs are in development or production environment.
  3. Upon submitting the ticket, you will be provided a ticket number for reference.
  4. You will be contacted by the appropriate John Deere Support Team.
